Another birthday, another addition to my collection!

Knight Of The Renaissance - 1

The real date of this journal entry should read July 6, 2005.

May of this year I found several very nice sets of Armor while we were visiting our son in Reno, Nevada. Those were from The Summit Collection and I quickly looked them up on the internet because of the fine detail and size. They aren’t very expensive and my collection of medieval pieces, whether Castles, Armor, or other pieces had been growing since our trip to Europe. Now that I have another birthday, it’s time you add another piece to the collection and I found this one to fill the bill.

On this one the detail is superb. The chain mail even feels right. And the use of the gold color to highlight the detail really does a wonderful job.
