Day 19 what an eventful day got to the train with out too much hasel but once at the station chelc started feeling much sicker so we tried to change the day of the train but everything was full for a few days so pretty much had to go then so piled chelc on who was now feeling sick as a dog and luckely the beds were ok although it was all just bunks along the train corridor (no sepeate cabins just all down the edges of the train but i was next to chelc luckely although our tickets were 13 and 17.  she managed to sleep most of the way which was good while i read for a while and chatted to a few ppl  then slept pretty well.  got to Bangkok at 12:30 the next day and by this stage chels was feeling really bad and shakeing and stuff and her stomach was cramping so when we got off the train went straight to the hospital which luckey a took took driver knew a good one to go to.  so they rushed her in there and found that she had a stomach infection so it was luckey that we went and she was given heaps of pills and put onto a drip thing with about 2liters of stuff in (dont worry i watched them open all the nedles and tubes out of sealed sterile bags and it was a good hospital so she stayed there till 11pm that night while i wandered.  we then found a hotel (the hospital cost $60aus).
