New Years Eve

Down by the Oslo Fjord we thought we would be alone watching the spectacular fireworks. From here you can see different parts of Oslo and get a wonderful view as you can see. THe photos are of course from a distance so the fireworkds doesn't come out too well:)
While we were there setting up camera and getting ready to watch the fireworks a few people arrived to where we had planned on being. First time i turned around i saw a man standing on the rocks behind us and then when i turned around a few minutes later he was lying on the ground without moving. THis looked like it could have turned out to be more then bangs from the sky tonight. Tarjei took the headlight we had with us and went over to check if the guy was ok. He wasn't moving and didn't answer when he spoke to him. After awhile he started to come around and we asked if he had been drinking etc. He said he was sober but very confused as to what happend. He was walking around in a daze and had probably gotten a good bang on his head when he fell. We helped him while his friend stood and watched, We offered him a warm seat but he didn't want any help from us. He was actually a little rude.
This doesn't mean i won't help someone else next time if i should be in a situation like that, but show some appreciation for people who are just trying to help out. I hope he gets a bleeding headach for month after he hit his head...
