Tasty Mediterranean from the Disney group
Spoodles is located in the Boardwalk area of Walt Disney World (not inside one of the parks). This area offers restaurants, bars, shopping and some nightlife.
The restaurant itself is nothing spectacular, with decor to be expected from Disney: pleasant, but not unique. The food, however, is delicious, with a fantastic wine list to match. The menu consists mostly of Greek, Italian, Spanish and Turkish dishes, but has a few more "continental" choices also. The prices are towards the high end for this level restaurant, but it is a top choice if you are participating in the Disney Dining Plan.

Disney Magic with a southwestern theme
As with all the Disney resorts, every possible convenience has been arranged for at Coronado Springs. This resort is in the moderate range category in the Disney classification, meaning it has a slightly higher price but makes up for it with an elaborate pool area and more resort restaurant choices. Coronado Springs has an Aztec temple-themed pool in its center and several small pools scattered between the buildings. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable like all the Disney resorts and any service requests are deal with very quickly. And while the decor isn't exactly the height of fashion or cultural accuracy, it is Disney World, so you probably are not expecting that anyways.
All room packages booked through Disney now also come with Magical Express---a transportation package to and from the airport. The best part of this service is the fact that as soon as your flight gets in you may go directly to the transportation area and the Disney staff will wait for your checked bags, which will be delivered to your hotel room later. You can check into the hotel and receive your park tickets, and go directly to the parks without wasting any time.
Also, I highly recommend getting the optional dining plan with your ticket and resort package. It may be a bit pricier than if you were to simply eat at the cheapest restaurants at the parks, but it does give you the opportunity to try some of the amazing (albeit more expensive) restaurants Disney offers.
