Down under

The bus ride back to Nadi airport was long and hot.  It also arrived 6 hours before my flight so there was a lot of sitting around to do!  Luckily an Australian girl -Laura - and her British boyfriend - Phil - were on the same flight as me so I had some company.  The flight was good except when we flew over a thunder storm - there was no turbulance but all the lightening flashes were scaring me!  In Melbourne Laura & Phil very kindly gave me a lift to my friends ap[artment in the docklands saving me time and money.  I didn't arrive until midnight but the boys were still up and quite drunk.  I was handed a beer immediately and was up until 4am catching up with the gossip since I last saw them in New York 9 months ago.
