In the beginning.......

Rule number one: Use a tri-pod...I did not have my tri-pod this day...sorry Rudolph...

This blog is because of Sweetski and Sunflower....

My friends take such fantastic photos!
I was browsing through Sweetski's Paris photos...and I spent a lot of time with my mouth agape!!!!
The photos that he took at night...are truly amazing. I love Sunflowers picture of her neck of the woods...they are so relaxing..:)

Sooooooo...I decided I wanted to learn to take great photographs like that!

I love photos taken at night.
Everything looks so peaceful and serene...but exciting all at the same time.
I love the soft colors of evening...golden hues from lights, merry colors of Christmas.
I love looking at gardens with romantic lit little areas....

So this is the beginning of my journey into taking night shots!

I need a lot of practice...so bear with me through my journey...and smile...a little smile...as things get better....
