Oh my God I'm leaving in 19 days....

Happy New Year and all that jazz. Christmas was ace, I got almost everything on my list of travelling stuff. So present opening consisted of 'oooh, a hydration pack, that'll be really useful. Wow, and some blister plasters, good stuff.' Now just need to try ramming it all into my rucksack...which I have yet to decorate in 2 shades of purple. Found some nice cotton trousers which are actually the right length for my stubby little legs, so those ought to keep the mozzies off but don't think I'll bother taking many other clothes, shall just get stuff out there.
Almost everything sorted now...just two more rabies jabs to have. Bit less terrified about it now and actually rather excited, despite spending several hours of last night wide awake worrying about dormitories and travel insurance. Sad or what. So yup not much else to update really, just can't wait to get out there. So this time in 19 days I shall be on the plane :) Hurrah!
