While we were driving Eric pointed the truck next to us. What was so outrageous there? Well, the truck was a normal one, but what it had in the back was the difference: 3 dead deers! Hunting season started that day and they really like to hunt. Everyone does it. Eric was telling me about the hunting season when his dad called. He was in the farm with a surprise. He got a deer too! We would hurry up, so we'd be able to arrive on time and see it. This would be a whole new experience for me, haha.
Finally we arrived. The whole gang was outside in the garage just chilling out. They were Eric's dad, a cousin, an Eric's dad friend and his son and other friend. Yes, just men. First thing that got my attention - besides the deer - was that everyone was wearing bright orange coveralls. Well, they had to use it, so the other hunters would recognize them. Eric's dad told me that if it wouldn't have been cloudy I'd have been able to see a lot of orange people, haha.
I was introduced to the whole gang. The deer was in the middle of the garage. Eric was being told about how they hunted it and they were discussing if it was big or not. According to me it was big, haha.
We stayed there for a while, but it was time to move the deer plus I was freezing and wearing high heels. So, I went inside the house. Yes, it was warm there, it felt so good! Took of my shoes and started to unpack. Around 1 hour later Eric's mom arrived and gave me a big hug. She's so sweet. We were just chilling out inside the house. It has been a long day and I needed to catch up some sleep. So we went to bed early. The day would start early next morning.
Eric's dad wanted me to join them for hunting... but I didn't have enough warm clothing. :( Anyway, the day would start early. Eric would attend to the Sunday service and I would join him. More new experiences for this girl ;)
