The second day, biking at the hoge veluwe.

After touching my bed this morning I slept immediately. Woke up at 8, slept again and got out of bed at 9. After showering, and pushed to hurry by the girls, we had breakfast. We didn’t hurry there so after breakfast and checking out it was almost 11 when we left. We drove straight to the National park and parked our cars there. After paying we walked to the place where the white bikes should be. There were enough of them. Lieke was reading the map and we choose tour 1 (I think). We biked for a while and our first stop was at Jachtslot st. Hubertus. Next stop was at the statue of General Christiaan de Wet. Then we had a mini lunch in restaurant “de koperen kop” After this we visited the Museonder close to the restaurant. You are “under the ground” and you can learn what is happening deep in the ground. It is really funny and interesting what they did.
We looked again on the map and decided to go for a long tour. There were dark clouds coming, but no rain. My bike didn’t like me and was giving me troubles. We took enough pictures of the beautiful “hoge veluwe” and got back at the entrance at about . We went to the bakery for a coffee and a snack and looked at each other pictures. Time to say goodbye to Lieke. She drove south and could not bring Anna-Isabel to the train station. I was not in a hurry so I drove her to the central station in
