I am here a stop-over in Seoul, Korea, on my way to the Philippines - I haven't been here for 10 yrs. The plane was GREAT - Korean Air. There was so many movies to choose from + games. The food was good too. I have to do some running or biking while I'm here bec I don't want to get heavy. I only got probably 5 hours of sleep during the flight. I'll probably get lagged soon.
They have a free internet area here at airport on the 4th floor. The Incheon Airport reminds me of Terminal One at JFK or the airport in Bangkok, very modern and glass open space. They even have a mini exhibit on korean traditional ceremonial dress. On the transit hallway, they had life sized statutes of buddhas and animals dressed in Korean garbs. I'll take a photo on my way back to NYC.
I hope to get to experience Malapascua Island http://malapascuaisland.com/default.asp or Boracay
http://www.Boracay.com It is a bummer that my friend Joanne is probably going to bail-out on our 4 days getaway trip from Quezon City. I'm still going with or without her. I need to get a tan.
I'm just bummed out that I broke my weighing scale at home trying to gage my luggage. I only had a limit of 75 pounds per check it luggage. I guess, I'm heading to IKEA before Christmas to get a new one.
