Cluj Napoca

Arriving late on the airport I was welcomed by an old business partner.
He brought me to the hotel, which was in the center just behind the main town square.
After I had checked in and  placed my luggage in the room we went for a beer to one of the terraces on the main square.
This already gave a good idea of the nice atmosphere on this summer night. I did not see many tourists, as most of the people around seemed to be locals.
The next day I had my appointment and after that I had some time available to walk around with a colleague of me.
We went to the parc near the center and even found an old historic carousel with small kids near the pond. After we went back into town and found a nice small square near an old church where we had a late local lunch on a terrace and enjoyed the summer afternoon.
In the evening we found a nice local restaurant where we had dinner. (no English menu, but we found some nice things)
The next day before leaving to the airport I made a photo tour in the center of which you may found some species.
Certainly a town to come back on a touristic trip.
