PRE MEET UP AT *ON THE BOARDER GRILL*

PRE MEET UP TIME!!!!!



We only had about 2hrs to get ready. I had a quick shower and changed my clothes. We already had directions to the restaurant. We called Harriet that we were running late. Dinner is at 7pm. we had no idea the Hampton that we were staying was about 30min away from the restaurant.  We had dinner at ON THE BOARDER GRILL it is a chain restaurant of the chill’s and macaroni grill family. 

 

We arrived at 8pm. we went outside to look for Harriet and no Harriet to be found. We when to the front and we asked if the party of Harriet has arrived.  The hostess said that some of the party has arrived. She guided us to the table and that is when we met Krysta (kre0123) and her husband, Nate.  Which he is not a TB……yet HAHAHHA. He will after this.

 

We all took our seats and Nate was telling us that these appetizers were free because the table was not ready. SWEET!!! Free food. I was not even hungry. I wanted something light and I am not very fond of ON THE BOARDER GRILL food. I have had bad experience with them.

 

Adrian (acowboy) and Liz (quest) was MIA. Adrian took Liz to the Grand Canyon all day. We all assume Adrian got lost. The boy has no sense of direction.  He got lost when he drove to the LA MEETUP in May. I think we all should chip in to get him a GPS.

 

We all got to know each other and of course take plenty of photos.  I was so tired from the long drive. I was surprised I did not pass out on people while in conversation. When we saw the rest of the gang come in. I saw some familiar faces. Dan (rotorhead85), I have seen him since the SANTA MONICA meetup  in march, Tim (TYoungTX), I have not seen him since the KC MEETUP in June, and of course Harriet, the organizer. I met Harriet for the first time at the VEGAS MEETUP in April and I just saw her at the VEGAS MEETUP In September.

 

New faces I met, Roselle (row-zzzzz) who I have been wanted to meet. She is the creator of TB ANNOYNAMUS. She is such a sweetie. Keith (kchrist454) and his wife Dema (demachelle) I just remember Keith from his Harley default photo on TB. I Talked to them briefly in the end of dinner. Adrian and Liz are still MIA. They just ended up just calling it a night. I was looking forward to meet Liz too. Who cares about Adrian HAHAHHAHA just kidding Adrian :P

 

There were plans to go dancing after dinner. I told Harriet that we, meaning Erin, Brett, Melissa and I are going to call it a night cuz I was a walking zombie and I had to drive back to the hotel. poor Brett is suffering from jet lag. He was going to pass out on the table.



It was a fun night. I was playing with Roselle’s DSLR. I plan to purchase one before I plan to go to Africa. We took a group photo of course with 4……5…..6…..7 cameras HAHAHAHA.  I feel sorry for anybody who has to wait on us.

 

Only 12 arrived but, there are more TBs coming on Saturday. There are about half outside AZ and the other half from AZ.  It was a good group so far. We all said our good byes and I saw Brett and Erin run towards my car. It was cold night. I passed out right after I uploaded my photos on my computer.
