a few rules to remember...

Today was travel day. We check out of the hostel and put the luggage in storage and went of to explore some more of the city. We took the metro to Nanjing West looking for a restaurant that was highlighted in the lonely planet, we walked up and down the street looking, but we never found it. We past by the Jing an Temple with the big gold lions in front of it and the Jingan market just across the street. We walked through the maze of small shops and then went to find some lunch. We ate at “Noodles and More” kind of a fast food noodle restaurant, but they take your order and serve you from the table. Judging by the crowd of people there, it was very popular.

After lunch we took the metro to Peoples Square and enjoyed walking around the area. We sat down in a street side coffee shop on East Nanjang and enjoyed a bit of people watching, one of the fun things to do in Shanghai is just to see how life goes by and imagine each person with their joys, problems, hopes and dreams " multiplied by 2.5 billion.

We went back to the hostel, collected our bags and got a taxi to the airport. Our China adventure was over. I wonder where we will go next?
