Beach Day

Today it was sunny and beautiful. We took a double Decker bus to Yalang beach, but we went the wrong way!  We got to see Sanya beach all the way to the “End of the Earth”, and  then all the way back past Sanya,  Dodong, and Yalong, We eventually ended at the “ Undersea world” where you can  easy organize scuba dives, jet ski, ultra light treks etc… We had lunch at the neighboring hotel.  Then we  snuck on to a hotel beach and enjoyed the afternoon in the water and relaxing under the umbrella. At about 4:30 we got on a AC bus and then switched to bus 12 and eventually found our way back to the apartment.

We had dinner and then took Yuan-man organized a car and driver, and we all us headed off for the airport. It was an easy and tranquil trip, never even coming close to the speed limit. We once again enjoyed a quick and efficient check in and we flew to Guilin at 8:10pm. The hotel sent a driver to pick us. It was a welcome relief  considering our luck with taxis and that we were arriving so late at night. No problems with the check in, the room smelled OK but was a bit warm, we assumed it would cool off once we turned down the AC.
