Visiting friends in Edinburgh and taking in the sights and sounds of bonny Scotland. Or something like that

King of the Road

The Forth Road Bridge is certainly a sight to behold spanning a huge width of the Forth estuary.

Its’ massive suspension arches dominate the skyline and convey traffic north across the Firth of Forth to Fife (alliteration intentional.)

Whilst traversing it you also get a great view of the equally impressive rail bridge that runs alongside.

It's a pound to cross in a Northerly direction but as there's not much else there make sure you've got somewhere to go once you get to the other side!
