Really nice little town, next to a lake. Feels like I'm in the middle of nowhere compared to some of the recent cities. Apparently it's the ending location for some famous cross-country skiing event (http://www.vasaloppet.org/). Oh - also the starting point for one of the tourist train trips (Inlandsbanan)  that goes into the north of Sweden.

Guess who walks the wrong direction from the train station though? The hotel (Hotel Kung Gusta - pool, sauna, massage etc etc) was pretty much opposite the train station.
