T+21 Hours - 12:30 PM LT (8:30 AM MT)
First trip to the dining car for lunch. In all honesty wasn't that impressed. Food was costly, portions were small, and not all that tasty. I guess it beats the cup of noodles with hot water from the samovar however. Back in the carriage it was an afternoon of reading, some writing and generally taking it easy.
T+29 hours - 8:30 PM LT, or maybe 7:30 PM time zone changed in the general area (4:30 PM MT)

T+31 hours - 9:30 PM LT (6:30 PM MT), 3335 km from Moscow
Novosibirsk - the capital of Western Siberia has a stately railway station and the 30 minute stop provided a break from the epic card game. Babushkas on the platform were selling several treats and the blini made for a tasty evening meal. While I didn't purchase one the 4L bottles of beer for sale on the platform were an intriguing sight.
T+32.5 hours - 11:00 PM LT (8:00 PM MT)
I win the game of Hearts after 3 hours of playing. Stuck on 99 points, I shoot the moon to push both Gabe and Jon over 100 to claim victory. We are still not quite halfway through the journey between Irkutsk and Vladimir.
