Flight #2 of 4

ORD-NRT, UA 881, 747-400, 39A

Good News - Nobody was sitting in the middle seat on my flight.  Bad news - due to a plane change with a different configuration, I lost the economy plus seat that I had payed for and ended up in regular economy.  Now I need to find some time to request a refund among all my other activities.  All told it wasn't a bad flight though with the empty middle seat, but man oh man what a long flight.  Also with the configuration change the flight was running late so we sat at the gate for a long time before departure.  With that playing a part we were running late into Tokyo and by the time I recleared security in Tokyo I had very little time to walk around before my flight to Bangkok.  I also didn't want to mess with getting any yen or spending any money in Tokyo, so it was very quickly off to Bangkok.
