Today, we head over the border to argentina and along the way we cross over the river, here you see three areas of land, one belonging to Brazil, another to Argentina and the last to Paraguay!!!
Our first boardwalk trek takes us right over large areas of river to veiw the Devil´s Throat, but this time it looks like we´re almost on top of it, here you really appreciate the full force of the water, i feel like i could stay here for hours. (although after a few minutes your already getting quite wet from the sprays).
Later we then head over to jump in some rubber boats that take us through the river. We see many kinds of birds and caimens. we can hear the monkies, but we dont get to see any, and a bit later, for some reason, our boat guy still saids it´s ok to swim in the water, so josh and a couple of the guys head in, (it is very hot, but i decide that i would like to keep all my toes exactly where they are).
after some lunch, we head over to get into jet boats, this is where i realise that the smell i was complaining about is the monkey poo on the bottom of my shoe, so luckily here is the part when we get a quick wash under the falls. making sure your wearing nothing but bikinis and after some showing off in the boat they take us right up to various falls and give us a good drenching! very refreshing on a hot day!
our walk back allows us to dry off, we grab a few ice blocks and head back to our hotel!
THIS HAS BEEN MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE DAY OF THE TOUR!
