Christchurch International Airport is the smallest airport I've ever been to (and it was the shortest flight I'd ever been on...1 hour 20 mins).
There's so many cute little cafes around town surrounded by old gothic buildings (and horrendously modern ones). I got salmon on a bagel for lunch at this place sandwhiched into the Art Gallery. Seafood for lunch and seafood for dinner...love it. The weather has been fantastically sunny. I started the day off with a much needed haircut. A couple inches lighter, I headed to Cathedral Square (Starbucks coffee in hand), and sat outside the church readin (appropriately) A History of God. Jaunting around the little stands of jewelry and clothing I got a small ring which is just a simple band of flowers and talked to the guy selling them about travelling and finding work.
