For some reason the computer I'm on doesn't want to upload pics, so I'll have to add them later...maybe tomorrow when I get into Wellington. Got lots of cool pictures of the thermal pools and stuff throughout Waitomo, Rotorua and Wai-a-something. The weather has been lovely and sunny and 70s everyday! And all the hostels always give away 2 for 1 drink vouchers so it's all good (met some german girls yesterday while out with this mexican/american guy from the hostel last night). I'm exhausted though.

When we got into Taupo this afternoon I went skydiving!! The actually dive was really cheap, but once you add pictures to the package it's ridiculous.

..but I had to! It was amazing! We went up in this little plane. It was sooo loud and cold but the views were absolutley beautiful. Mountains and water.... The free fall part was quite frightening only in the sense that it just seems wrong to be falling out of a plane... it's really loud too and you turn around a lot initially. The camera guy came down with us and kept trying to get me to wave my hands and stuff but it's so hard to move against the wind. Then all of a sudden when the parachute is pulled it becomes wonderfully peaceful. We just came down slowly looking out over Lake Taupo and the little town below. When he pulled on the parachute to make us turn you just spin in really fast circles and it's just a tad bit un injoyable. But man, how fucking amazing to be that high and just be chilling in the sky! I have pictures I'll have to upload when I'm on a better computer!

I can't wait to take a shower and just relax infront of the TV tonight...sooo tired from walking and being in lots of sun and flying through the sky!!!

On to Wellington tomorrow morning, where I'll stay for a few days...
