9 cities in 2 1/2 weeks. Not nearly enough time but I wanted to get in as much as I could. Sorry no pics as this was before my digital camera.

Last night

We were told that a firework and laser display would be held at 9pm, so we made sure we were sitting in our balcony with camera and video camera in hand. It did not disappoint. A great show that was unique because the lasers and fireworks where projected and shot from the skyscrapers in Central Hong Kong. You need to be on the Kowloon side to appreciate it. You could go to one of the hotels on the Harbor and have drinks to wait for the show.

Kowloon

If you want to buy something in Hong Kong you will find it on Nathan Road. If it is not there then you will find it at Yau Ma Tei. Now, if you haven’t found it yet, it doesn’t exist. Nathan Road starts at the harbor and ends at? I’m not sure, I only went as far as Yau Ma Tei. Nathan road is lined with shops and malls selling everything. Yau Ma Tei is the largest outdoor market in Hong Kong. You can find knock off anything. I bought some good-looking Louis Vuitton bags as gifts. Outdoor street food here is found on Temple Street. They have seafood street food and you know what that means. Only the experienced should apply.
