Day 2 in Aladaglar mountains

I couldn't believe my eyes when my 2nd day in the mountains started.  The guys of Demavend travel had been taking care of a large breakfast table with fresh vegetables and other yummy things. This would surely be a good start of the day.  By the way, Turkish toilets are strange but fun! You need to find yourself a position without hitting the ground! Quite a challenge, I opt for holding to something, haah or just behind a rock or bush in full nature.  Don't worry I'll shut up about it now hah.  First we went further into a valley with large trees and in the distance we could hear some wild dogs barking. As our guide or we didn't knew if they were either dangerous or friendly we decided not to act conspicuously and to get by the group of dogs without making a lot of noise.
Apparently we weren't interesting enough for them and they let us go.

We left camp at about 8 a.m.  and we would reach the other camp at about 4 p.m. in the afternoon. Soon the vegetation started to diminish as we got up higher. The underground started to consist of little stones, not always that easy to walk on. The first test was about to come, we had to get up a slope which was strongly ascending. At the end of that slope we'd have lunch to get some new powers. Unfortunately I forgot mine but I could count on some sympathy of my fellow travellers and didn't have any lack of food. The landscape started to change in more like a moon landscape and  we were rewarded with many splendid views. Now where are those capricorns? None of them were to be found today.  A few hours further  I started to see my destination for the following day: the summit of mount Emler! It realised it wouldn't be a trip to the supermarket but the area was soo beautiful I just couldn't let this chance go.

In camp I saw our guide Pelin with her nose in the books. She is a student in history in Istanbul and also studies Ottoman Turkish and for me as a translator this was very interesting. She taught me some things and I'm glad I know something more know about Ottoman cuzz I knew very little of it. This was again an inspiring day and time went way too fast.
