Hot Cars redneck house, Veterans memorials

On July 4, 2008 I had the opportunity to drive back from North Carolina to my home in California . Instead of driving straight back like I did on the way to NC, I planned a long road trip to see as much of the US as possible. It came out to 31 days, 10,000 miles, and the experience of a lifetime. My main destinations were theme parks, but I made other stops as well. You never know what you will find along the road

Along the road no matter where you are, you'll find a stereotypical 'redneck' house, with dead cars laying all over the front. But this one house alongside the road had some classic cars in excellent shape in his yard, so I stopped to take a picture. Sanborn is one of many small towns with a veteran's memorial, and more photos of farms along the way. I rarely see such large farms and grain elevators, so I tended to take quite a number of photos of them.
