Mini TB Meet Up at Disneyland...My Happiest Place on Earth! :D

YEAH!!! It's here, I took an actual vacation day so I could spend it with Julz, Angel, and Joe (vimessir) who is visiting from Australia! Melanie was supposed to come as well but we decided to do Universal Studios Saturday night for their Halloween Horror Nights instead since she had a conflict now on Wednesday.  I had not seen Joe since our last days in Vegas together after the big meet up so I was excited to hang out again before he went back home! Joe arrived at my house right on schedule and off to Disneyland we headed!  Amazingly, I didn't completely smell like skunk which was fantastic and I am sure Joe appreciates not having to be stuck next to me all day with that dreaded odor!  LOL

We arrived at Disneyland and it already felt like 100 degrees outside.

  It was going to be a super warm day but who cares, Joe's first time at Disneyland and my first time there in two weeks! LOL.  Of course, Joe shows up in a long sleeve shirt...darn tourists!!! He always could've worn his pink TravBuddy shirt from the meet up in Vegas!!! HA HA HA.  Julz and Angel arrived shortly after us and we were off and running.  I could sit here and recap the entire day but the pictures honestly speak for themselves.  We rode everything we wanted to in the park and the line gods were definitely with us as we pretty much skated through everything! We had an absolute blast and got some typical goofy shots throughout the day!!  Would you expect anything less from us?!?!

Although I said I wouldn't recount all the details of the day, I must at least point out the quote of the day.

......sorry Joe!!!  We were walking into Toontown and us three girls were ahead of Joe and there was pretty much no one else around when we hear Joe address us, "Hey, you guys want a piece of this?" We all stop dead in our tracks, look at each other and just start laughing hysterically as we turn around to see Joe holding out gum for us! LOL.  It was something about what he said and how he said it that caught us all off guard that we can't let him live it down.  But for the record Joe, sure, we want a piece of you too!!! HA HA HA

Between pictures with characters (Angel got Tigger and Pluto to jump with her), seeing my old friend and the honorary Mayor of Disneyland, Stan, getting soaked on Splash Mountain, getting to ride the Haunted Mansion Holiday since it just opened last weekend, and getting my butt whooped by Joe TWICE on Buzz Lightyear Blasters, it was a perfect day at Disneyland!!! Seeing as we had the best line karma and were done with all the rides before 6pm!!! We sat down for a bit and chatted about the day and our adventures when we decided we might as well head over to Downtown Disney early for drinks to cool off.

  We were supposed to meet Ken (kenbox) and Silvina (silverv) at Rainforest Cafe for dinner at 8pm but figured we would try to call them and see if they could join us early.  If we got done with dinner early, that means we might have time to take Julz to my favorite ice cream place that serves Philadelphia Water Ice!!! :D

We made our way to Main Street, stopping to let Joe do some shopping (although I seem to be the one who walked out of the Park with stuff I really did not need), took a last photo with the big Mickey pumpkin and we were off to Downtown Disney!  Sad to say bye to Disney but I knew I'd be back Saturday morning for the Nightmare Before Xmas merchandise event release and artist signing.  Yahhhooooooooo!
