WHOO HOO WHAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SINCE APRIL 2008 OR SINCE THE RAMS LEFT LA IN 1995.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY AND NIGHT (I CAN'T BELIEVE I REMEMBERED!!!)
It’s 9am and we have not figured what to write on our sign.
Taking photos of my outfit.
Pouring GOOSE in a water bottle to disguise it.
I changed my RAMS outfit 3 times. I wanted to wear all my RAMS outfits all at once. This is my first time watching the RAMS in St. Louis since they moved from LA back in the 90’s.
James finally figured out what the sign should say, he wanted to find an acronym for FOX, since FOX is the official station for Sunday football.
“DALLA IS “F” AVORED BUT “O” ur RAMS, “X” TERMINATED THE ‘BOYS” HELLOOOOO TBs :D” is the sign.
We planned to walk from the Hyatt to the Edwards Jones dome, which is about 16 blocks. PIECE OF CAKE :D
We took silly photos on the way to the DOME.
We took photos of scotttrade center, home of the BLUES, hockey team.
We took photos of Busch Stadium, home of the cardinals, baseball team.
As we were walking down towards the ARCH, it was a beautiful day for photos.
James was giving me history lessons about the city and state:
Missouri is a state in the Midwestern region of the United States bordered by Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska.
Missouri mirrors the demographic, economic and political makeup of the nation with a mixture of urban and rural culture. It has long been considered a political bellwether state. It has both Midwestern and Southern cultural influences, reflecting its history as a border state. It is also a transition between the eastern and western United States, as St. Louis is often called the "western-most eastern city" and Kansas City the "eastern-most western city.
I got yelled at a jogger who was wearing a TEXAS LONGHORN, “GO COWBOYS”
So many efffing COWBOY jerseys!!!!
I was getting sick and tired of the BLUE AND SILVER.
I am way to classy to say “GO RAMS”
I was so overwhelmed with all the RAMS banners around the DOME. I LOVE IT!!!!!
GO RAMS, RAMS RULES, BLUE AND GOLD FEVER!!!!!!
It looked like we were in DALLAS!!!!
I walked by a bunch of tailgaters yelling “GO RAMS!!!!”
I was drawn by this one RAMS FAN PARTY. It had RAMS inflatable dolls, throws, flags, and footballs. I took photos with them and the party.
OMG I was tickled orange when I was a dodge ram truck with rams colors and a tribute to the 2000 NFL CHAMPS on the back. I took photos with it.
I was proud to say I am the OG RAMS FAN, I AM FROM LA BABEEEE!!!!!
It was great to be in a city with RAMS jerseys and PRIDE!!!!!
There was a long line to wait for the doors to open at 10:30am. Game starts at 12pm.
James and I had a Chicago style hot dog.
I should have worn my BETTIS jersey or EVERET jersey with the LA RAMS jersey. It will be a dress on me. It Is so long.
I bought a RAMS necklace for $6 and in the mall it’s $15.
James saw a sign “NO OUTSIDE DRINKS AND FOOD”
James and I shared the 350ml size and with a water chaser.
OMG we finished the GOOSE in 10mins is about 11 shots each for us!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK HELLO DO WE NEED A BABY SITTIER?!?!??!!
I took more photos of the DOME.
James and I were LIT UP LIKE A XMAS TREE!!!!!
I could not stop talking and I was so happy.
SHOCKINGLY I was not drunk enough to forget. I remember the whole entire game. I was VERY hyper!!!
James hooked it up!!!!! we sat right on the front row behind the TD and near the visitor tunnel.
OMG such nice seats. THANKS GENERAL!!!!!! YOU ROCK!!!!!
Everybody was on the front row trying to take photos of T.O and ROMO.
James and I were surrounded with COWBOYS fans.
We watched the COWBOYS practice.
The RAMS wear practicing on the other side of the field.
I took so much photos of the DOME. I saw the retired number of Marshall Faulk.
The names of the “fearsome foursome”, Youngblood, and others. I was in AWE!!!
I was so drunk that I was still coherent.
I was ready to take photos of the DOME then I realized my celly was not in my pockets.
We both screamed too much at the game. I was so hyper and sweating. I am glad I did not barf after James and I had another hot dog.
We saw Jerry Jones, owner of the cowboys walk to front of us.
James bought a RAM CHEERLEADER calendar with their autographs and I took photos of them.
I would “hi 5” a bunch of RAMS fan around me every time we scored a TD.
I was on the jumbotron 2 times for 5 seconds.
After the 3rd quarter, plenty of cowboy fans were leaving the game. We saw more blue and gold jerseys left. Especially the couple sitting next to me left.
When the RAMS won, I saw T.O. run towards the tunnel, as we all said “BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO”
We stayed until the field was cleared.
While exiting, all you see are more RAMS jerseys than COWBOYS jerseys.
We all yelled with other RAMS fans GOOOOOOOOOOOO RAMSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!1
Everybody went to any pub after the game.
We had a snack at JACK PATRICK’S, a RAMS bar. I had a ribeye sandwich.
A bunch of guys were flirting with me, asking me where I lived and was disappointed when I told them I fly back to VEGAS on Monday.
I am thinking to myself, I love football season in ST. LOUIS.
Then we drove to SWEETIE PIE’S for dinner. I was hankering for some soul food.
I check into a hotel and i blogged and watched the RAYS BEAT THE RED SOX and PATRIOTS BEAT THE BRONCOS
James had a 4hr drive back home.
I was calling James baseball scores.
MORE TO ADD AS I REMEMBERED AND HERE ARE MORE PHOTOS IN JAMES’ BLOG
HERE IS THE ONE OF MANY ARTICLES ABOUT THE GAME:
Romo-less Cowboys lose to Rams
AP Sports Writer
ST. LOUIS - Even on the road, the chorus of "Romo!, Romo!" from Dallas Cowboys' fans was easily audible at the start of the second half.
But they were stuck with Brad Johnson.
The 40-year-old backup quarterback couldn't keep up with a suddenly potent, opportunistic St. Louis Rams' offense, throwing three interceptions. Steven Jackson ran for 160 yards on 25 carries with three touchdowns and the Rams (2-4) looked like contenders instead of sad sacks for the second straight game under new coach Jim Haslett in a surprisingly easy 34-14 victory on Sunday.
The Rams won 19-17 at Washington last week in their first game since replacing Scott Linehan, ending a run of 17 losses in 20 games and four blowout losses to start the season.
Their response to Haslett, beginning his second stint as a head coach, has exceeded expectations.
St. Louis' defense did its part, forcing four turnovers for the second straight game.
Oshiomogho Atogwe, who had two interceptions, scored the lone touchdown against the Redskins last week on a fumble recovery.
Cowboys linebacker DeMarcus Ware tied an NFL record with a sack in his 10th straight game and enjoyed his first multiple sack game of the season with three, giving him nine on the season.
Ware matched the mark set by Denver's Simon Fletcher from Nov. 15, 1992 to Sept. 20, 1993, although he remained one game shy of the franchise mark by Harvey Martin in 1976-77 - which ended five years before the sack was officially recognized.
Marion Barber had 100 yards on 18 carries and the game's opening touchdown for Dallas.
There were not many more highlights for the Cowboys (4-3), who lost for the third time in four games.
Romo looked fine throwing in pre-game warmups with his hand wrapped, and dressed as the backup. But he ended up staying on the sideline with an injury the team originally believed would sideline him a month.
Johnson was 6-for-18 for 66 yards in the first half while the Cowboys fell behind 24-7. He finished 17-for-34 for 234 yards and throwing his only touchdown pass to Martellus Bennett inside the 2-minute warning.
The Rams' 21-point first quarter dwarfed their season output of just 10 points in the first five games. They asserted themselves after Barber accounted for 45 yards on the Cowboys' opening drive, quickly answering on Marc Bulger's first touchdown pass in two starts with a 42-yarder to wide open rookie Donnie Avery.
Jackson added runs of 8 and 1 yards, the Rams' first two touchdowns all season from inside the 20, for a 21-7 lead.
Jackson's 56-yard sprint down the right sideline made it 31-7 midway through the third quarter and gave him three rushing scores for the first time since the 2006 finale. After that, Cowboys fans seemed to accept that there would be no Romo rescue.
Bulger had a perfect 158.3 passer rating in the first quarter, going 3-for-3 for 73 yards. He finished 14-for-19 for 173 yards and a touchdown.
RAMS - 34 COWBOYS - 14 YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO RAMS BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MY GENERAL, JAMES.
I AM GLAD I WAS ABLE TO REMEMBER THE GAME. I WAS SO HYPER THAT I DID WANT TO PASS OUT. I WOULD LIKE TO DO THIS IN AN ANNUAL BASES. UNLESS THE RAMS PLAY IN SAN DIEGO WHICH IS RARE BUT IT HAPPENED 2-3 YEARS AGO.
