Thanksgiving at Milt's... THANK YOU!

Milt in action cooking dinner

My very first Thanksgiving dinner and Milt was the cook. And OMG... it was the most delicious meal I've had in a looooong time. Thank you Milt. You're simply an awesome chef. You can cook for me anytime. Oh, I forgot.. we've already agreed on that one. Once a week.. LOL

Anyway; Erin and I arrived a tiny bit late at Milts as we got stuck in traffic on our way home from Napa Valley. I think we were home around 5pm and had to shower, get dressed and try to look decent all in like 20 minutes. I think we both did pretty good and we weren't too late running out the house, heading to Milt's.

There were pretty much a full house when we arrived. The only ones I knew a little bit from before were Milt and Kimberley.

The others there were Milts parents and sister, and friends of Milt and Erin. Let's see if I can remember them; Darralyn, Darralyn's son, Deborah, Kimberley, Stephanie and one more lady I can't remember the name of.

We had a great time together and dinner was like I allready said, FANTASTIC.

After dinner some of us headed to the Mushroom, or the Fungus as Erin calls it. Same thing... hehe. Erin and I didn't stay that long, but it was kinda fun to see Milts watering hole... lol

After the Fungus, Erin and I went to Sac's old Town. As we were walking around, taking pictures, I was about to walk up on a wooden sidewalk. And right as I placed my foot on the wood, it slipped and I pulled the muscle on the back of my thigh. OH DAMN, that hurt. It really, really hurt. I could barely walk afterwards and I sadly had to ask Erin to just take me home. Just sitting in the car was extremeley painful. "Luckily" for me, I always have strong painkillers with me due to my neckinjury, so I took a couple pills when we got back and just went to sleep. Hoping to be better the next day as we were heading to SanFran....
