Last night with the Gang....
OMG.. time flies way too fast some times, and now it was almost time for me to say goodbye to some of the most wonderful people I have ever met. I still had a couple of days left with Joy and Rob, but this was the last chance to get most of the gang together.
Instead of going out to a restaurant for dinner, we decided to have a sort of BBQ dinner at Joy and Rob's. Rob barbecued the steaks and Alice kinda took care of the rest. Much as normal I would say. LOL.
We had a wonderful dinner and I got to talk with Jenn, Tracy, Alice, Angelica, Nhi and Kyle one more time, before I had to leave LA for this time. Of course I would see Joy and Rob again, since I was staying with them. ;p
It was kinda funny when Jenn, who's Chinese, asked me what my tattoo means.
I guess we talked about everything and nothing, and too soon people started to take off. As much as I understand that everybody has to sleep as they have jobs in the am, I would have loved for them to stay longer. I knew it would be a long time till next time I could meet them.
It's quite amazing how some people really make you feel right at home, even though you don't really know them that well. These people had welcomed me as one of their own the minute I set foot in Joys home, and I love them for it. They truly are the best friends anyone could hope to have, and I'm happy to be able to call them MY friends.
A HUGE THANK you to Joy and Rob for opening their home to me and making me feel kinda like a part of their family. My home is always open to you guys, whenever you decide to head my way.
