Early morning in Kayenta

OMG.. this morning was awesome. I got up early and got the sunrise and the colors were so beautiful. It colored the landscape and the mountains in a ray of golden orange and yellow. It was so amazing. At that point it didn't matter that I didn't get to see the sun rise in Monument Valley. I thought this was good enough. :o))

I went downstairs to have breakfast at around 7.30-ish and looked around at the decorations etc. It hit me that this Hampton Inn was different than the others. This one had Indian artifacts and even the tables and chairs had Indian pattern on them. I really loved the uniqeness of this hotel, and of course I took some pictures. Only it was after Adrian had come down to eat. I had been back to my room and grabbed my bags and headed downstairs again. He kinda watched my bags as I walked around to shot my pics. Sweet as always, that guy. :o)

After we had eaten a good breakfast, taken our pictures, checked out the souvenier shop and checked out, we headed to Monument Valley... oh what an amazing place it is... check next entry :o))
