Climbing "dune 45"

Ooooh noooo, This time I had to get up very, very, very urlie, like 4AM to get to the "dune 45" Famous and one of the biggest dune... We wanted to be the first with out foodmarks of others in action and watching the sun comming up... We arrived there around 5AM.. We were lucky that we stayed a night longer, because the tent... Climbing the big dune 45 was sooo hard and havy.... It took a lot from me, because you did three steps and went two down... I made stops a lot and for my feeling I dronk a lot during my stop.... It was hig and a hour walk like that.. Before you knew my shoes were full of sand and it,s was not posible to empty the shoe..... I was very tired and it was getting hot....

I arrived on top and it was sooo amazing.

We made it... Wonderful feeling!
. The sun and the dunes everywere... Sooo quiet and great... I missed the wine up on top hihi....  I did rest a while and sat down, but I could do more and I did... I left halve the group and went with the others for more! It was a bad idea, because it was sooo hard.... One moment I could choose to stop or go on and I did went go on... I,m not a give up person and a fighter....30 minutes later I arrived with the others, but was sooo much out of breath that I had a big hyperventilation... I think it was the hotness, my hard work, wrong way of breathing etc.... I do work out back home, but you never know, but my group had to calm me down and get me back to normal breathing... It was soon over and I was happy I did it, but I had to listen more to my body.... Afther a sat we all made pictues and run off the big dune all at ones.
Ready for the run of the dune!
.. It took me a few minutes to get down... It was a wonderfull and free feeling....Off the dunes we all had to empthy the shoes and it was soooo funny!!! Afther that and waiting for the others we went back to the truck were others were waiting for us.....

The dunewalk with the bushmen

Afther the walk at 'dune 45' we went with truck to a place were we got picked up with a pick up truck with the bushmen.... When we arrived at the place, it was sooooo wonderfull, Terschelling is nothing anymore hahaha, a iceland in Friesland in the Netherlands with dunes.... It was quiet and amazing... I walked a few minutes and I got serieus cramps in my tommy.... I had to go and do something about it and it was soooooo bad that I could not go on with the dunetour with the bushmen.

Soooo amazing...
.. It was sooo sad... I walked back with a nother group and they give me water with slt and sucker and it was BLEEEEEEEH.... I went back in different dunes many times with my cramps.... You know all why.... They said that my body was dry, no water in my body, but I said that I dronk a lot and I had a big botle with me.... The other guide said it was already to late and the big dune walk, the hotnes etc was the reason...

I waited a few hours by a tree in the shide feeling sick... Going to the dune toilet during that time was soooo bad... When the group came back I felt a litle better and the bushmen want me to sit upfront in the truck and tell some stuff... He showd me a spider nest.... Afther we arrived at camp I went to the tent and stayed there for a few hours sleep... I got my medicine and Cola from my sweet Roomy.. She took so good care of me! In the middle of the day I felt better afther diaree medication and a nother Bleeeeh drink pouder (ORS).... It did help.... I went to the pool to cool down, but take it easy with no sisi.... I played some cards (Pesten) with a small group and later on we had diner at the truck.. The guides cooked wonderfull again and they are the best... When it was dark we dronk" Amarula", the African drink and did music games again, guesing songs and having fun.! I went late in to bed!
