Is it possible to travel with a sibling across the great divide and love that person when you return?? Our love for travel brought us across the expanse of ocean to beautiful mountains, incredible people, good food, and crazy experiences!

top o' the mornin' to ya

We traveled via Aer Lingus to Dublin, Ireland where we are currently waiting for our plane to leave for its final destination: Shannon. Already I love the Irish brogue and the landscape. Flying into Ireland as the sun was rising gave me a picturesque view of the fields and set communities that glimmered among the wealth of green grass and trees. My sister and I even saw cows grazing near us as we entered the airport. It's almost as if we never left our native Iowa! If I hadn't seen the ocean upon descending into Ireland, I would have questioned if we had left:) Dublin is right next to the ocean, and as we began our descent I noticed a lone island surrounded by rugged rocks. In the midst of the island was a tiny lighthouse which was simple, yet truly beautiful. I'm excited to see more of this country, and wish that we had more days to explore. The people fascinate me. They seem free-spirited, adventurous, and welcoming.
