Morning came quickly in Oakridge. But we got a really good nightsâ€™ sleep again. We were up and packed and down for breakfast by 8 am. And what a special surprise, we had home made biscuits and gravy for breakfast. It was only supposed to be a continental breakfast but the new morning clerk took it upon herself to make these great biscuits and sausage gravy and bring it in. So we gorged ourselves, along with a big glass of orange juice and coffee. Finally we were back on the road by about 8:30am.
We finally got to
Two and a half miles out we come to the entrance section to the Falls. From there it was a dirt road so we move slower to help keep the dust down. We reached the parking lot soon and found a nice spot right near the restrooms. From there it was only a few yards to the view point. There was a trail that you could take out and around to where you reach, but we opted to just take our pictures from the bottom view point.
