A success on my 1st TB meetup in Peru. Yadi helped me a lot on this occassions. As per my vouched for her goes like this: "You've been our travel angel, our trip facilitator, our saviour in difficult times, our muse, in short: our unbeatable VIP! Yadi worked her ass off to provide us w/ an unforgettable stay in her beautiful country (best holidays ever!)

Travelling alone in South America

My Amantani family in Puno,Peru

Some notes on travellings with friends and being alone:
Too often when travelling wıth frıends, it can become very comfortable staying close to
the people you know well… which ıs great for some, but goıng it alone, you quite often see
more, get to know more people, jump outside your comfort zone, and never stop smiling…even if you think your not that type of person.

My experience has different attitudes and opinions and philosophies when it comes to travelling alone.
Even amongst those who choose to go it alone there is a mix of feelings with some being a little frightened and nervous
while others cannot wait to get out on their own.
A lot of experience especially on tour, big chance to come across instant friends that last for life.
So even though you start the tour alone, you’re not the only one travelling alone.

Jose Aguilar and family-Colombian,stayed for 3 with his family -nice experience.

You will soon be surrounded by like minded travellers with the same interests as you.
This way you have the option to take time to appreciate time spent by yourself, or make new life long friend to share you memories with.
All in all the option is yours.”

A lot of people, including past travellers will tell you travelling alone is the only way to travel.
So you will definitely meet lots of people on the same aspect.

So, dont be afraid...this is an awesome way to go and meet friends for life. Some lists of my new friends that i came across for this trip.
