Off to see Frankfurt during the World Cup

Although I am not a huge fan of football (soccer) I am very interested in the internationals and for me the World Cup is always a must. I usually just watch it on TV rather than get fed up in a crowd, but when Germany was hosting it was a different matter. Unfortunately I was in the UK for most of the World Cup because I had committments to see clients in my counselling placement. But I was determined to see at least a little bit of it just to experience what it feels like to be the host country and the host city for a few matches, so I managed to get there for 5 days - better than nothing. And even though it turned out to be far too short and to early on int the tournament it was probably one of my nicest trips back home.
