BEST BAKERY IN MAUI
"H's" co-worker recommended to come here to try the cookies and buy her few bags of chocolate mac nut shortbread cookies.
This is a walk-in/walk-out establishment, meaning no tables or chairs to sit down and savor the delicious cookies & scones. It's a small business; the prices are very affordable, especially when considering you are in Maui. Back in 2005 when I came to Maui, the locals would come every Tuesday came to be dubbed Scone Day during the week since that was the day Broke Da Mouth baked delicious scones in varying flavors. From week to week, the flavors changed so locals would tried them all.
The cashier was as pleasant as could be; the bakers/owners in the back were courteous as well. Great place for breakfast pastry if you aren't a hearty eater. Try their packaged cookies & pastries also--you won't waste your money or regret it!
they also have sugar free cakes to special order. i bought double chocoalate biscottis and chocolate mac nut shortbread cookies. i wish they would do mail orders. they had no website yet.
