A toy story...

I know I'm not supposed to play with the Christmas decoration and I don't do it, but... It was so tempting... They were cleaning and a Christmas dog decoration fall down. It was small and mom used it to decorate my house last year, so this little thing was a target a long time ago... Now that I had the opportunity to "play" with it, the poor thing didn't survive... :P

Mom didn't notice that until a couple of days after I discovered this new toy, hehehe. It wasn't until grandpa mentioned it, that she found out what was going on. Well, first of all the brown dog, wasn't brown anymore. At least the whole body and he "missed" his ears and Christmas hat. When mom found the new "creature" on the yard, she started to laugh although she was trying to give me a lecture... the thing was looking funny, hehehe.
with my yellow tie!

I have a toy chicken - one without feathers - and mom thought that the thing I was playing with was that chicken, hahaha. She needed to take a closer look to find out the true :P

It was the 1st Friday of the month, actually the year, when the grooming was working. So, mom would take me there. Past few days it has been raining, something completely unusual in Lima, specially by this time of the year. As a consequence I was dirtier than ever. I was all muddy and I know she didn't want to say it, but I was smelly... She turned on scent candles at her office... Going to the grooming was an adventure. We were walking and everything was wet and muddy. I was looking awful, but finally I'd get a nice bath. But I wouldn't let mom go like that. I left my paws printed on her pants :P

A couple of hours later she picked me up and I was looking stunning! Yes, I know it's not right for me to say these things about myself, but it's true! Yellow is a color we use here for New Years Eve and since it was my first bath of the year, I got a yellow ribbon, hahaha. Well, I called it my tie. Mom was so happy when she saw me and didn't let me walk. So good it wasn't raining anymore, but I wasn't allowed to leave the house until everything was completely dry. Looking good has benefits whit mom :)
