Amélie's subway stop
Michelle and I love the movie, Amélie, so it was only fitting that we did the Amélie walk of Paris.  You can get it here (http://www.xs4all.nl/~couvreur/engl/travel/paris/amelie/amelie1.htm).  It was a great way to see the city and see the sights of the movie.   My favorite part of the walk was eating at Cafe des Deux Moulins, which is where Amélie worked in the movie.   Of course, we got lost, but we got lost so many times on this trip, that we were used to it by this point!

We decided to go to the Luxembourg Gardens, which I absolutely loved!!!  We had one more week left on our trip and already I was feeling the blues because I didn't want to go back home.  So what better way to cheer me up than gelato!  We decided to get some at Pozzetto.   They had two of my favorite gelato flavors -- gianduia torinese and nocciola piemonte!!  I was so excited.  I first tasted gianduia in Torino and immediately became obsessed with it.  It's a hazelnut chocolate and you just have to taste it to believe it.   Give me some gianduia chocolate and barbera d'alba wine and I am in heaven!

I don't really remember much of the rest of the day :)
