Typical Saturday
April 14, 2007
Went to Borough Market with Nikki, Greg and Kai. Getting there has been
annoying lately because the Northern Line is always having lots of
major construction on the weekends, so I have to find alternative
routes. Today I just walked over from the Bank Station. I love that I
can just get off somewhere I'm not too familiar with, and still,
mapless, find where I want to go. I bought my favorite strawberry apple
juice and then we went to the Tate for a while. I'd already been twice,
but the turnover is pretty good in some of the exhibits, so I got to
see some new things. It was hard though, because I was in a really
serious mood, and everyone else was not, so I was a bit grumpy. Then
Greg took a bajillion pictures of us walking over the Millenium Bridge.
I was trying to hide, but it didn't work out so well. Then we went to
Oxford Street to go to Top Shop. Top Shop on Oxford Street is so
intense. It sucks going shopping with guys, because you have to split
up. There's no cell phone service in Top Shop, either, so we always
have to make a timem to re-meet. Then we went to another store, but I
was really not in a good mood, and was pretty tired, so I just went
home.
P.S. All the pictures for this entry I have stolen from Greg. He has a way better camera than me. Thanks Greg.
