Sticking around campus/solo performace/Daniel's/dying Nikki's hair

I had a big project on Billie Holiday due in my solo performance class today, so I couldn't take Mary around to see the city yet. Sad. The presentation went well, and I sang okay, I think. It was weird, though, since I haven't sang in front of people (save karaoke) since May of last year, I think. Geez. Anyway, afterwards we went over to Daniel's... man, I pretty much live there. I am there almost every day. I wanted Mary to meet real British people though, since I feel that her coming here was my chance to show off to myself how much I've reaped from the past seven months. We watched tv and dyed Nikki's hair blond. Well, I didn't. I watched. Hair dye smells really terrible, by the by.
