St. George's Day?

Second semester. A continuation of my previous blog about studying in London.

St. George's Day?

Today I spent a cloudy afternoon with Greg in Enfield. We went to Costa to chat about life and walked around until there was a little St. George's Day parade happening. And when I say little, I mean very little. A few groups of elementary school kids. Not as festive as I would have assumed. Poor St. George. Then he had to go to church so I took to bus up to Cockfosters with him and walked with him to the church. Then I walked the back way to campus... it's a very lovely walk through the park. More and more, even as I realize my time here is running out, do I feel I can find value in just walking.
Here comes the parade!
Here comes the "parade"!
