Guanabara super rocks

We (being the developed group that I've been hanging out with) all went to a club tonight for our friend Kai's birthday. It's called Guanabara and is inbetween Covent Garden and Holburn. The red dress made an appearance and it was a LOT of fun. It would have been cool to hear some songs we knew, but it was pretty cool to dance to the awesome Brazilian music. They had a set where some drummers and dancers came in and that was really, really cool. SO glad I went. It was nice to go out with such a big group-- especially with so many dance majors. This was a good club to go to as well, because most people seemed to be there to enjoy a different taste of club music instead of to pick up girls. Good times.

Getting home from that thing is always pretty lame, though. We left the club pretty early considering how late most of the clubs are open (I think we left at half one or so), then everyone wanted to get food at Tesco's and Subway, and when we got to the night bus station we waited for almost an hour just for the bus to come. Then it was and hour and a half to two hours to get back to Oakwood, so we didn't end up getting home until the sun was about to come up. By the time I showered off all of the different people's sweat and oodles of make-up, the sun WAS starting to come up, and I shoved on my eye mask I got for free on the plane in September, and went to sleep.
