The last day of 2008 - Welcome to Memphis
This is a day where we can relax a bit more in the morning, and take our time leaving when we want to.
We'll arrive in Memphis by lunchtime, and can spend the afternoon doing anything you like - we can go to Graceland, or hang out by the Mississippi River, or just take a walk downtown.
There are two really great CS members there - Amy and Jenn. We can see them while we are there, which is great! We also have to make sure to have lunch at the Arcade Restaurant- it is the oldest cafe in all of Memphis - it has the best southern breakfast of Sweet Potato Pancakes and Grits, or Biscuts and Gravy. Breakfast is served all day long - and since they are closed on new Years day, we have to make sure to go today! It was also Elvis's favorite place to eat.
That night is New Year's Eve- we can go down town to Beale Street, see what Jenn is doing, or just lay low. Doesn't matter!!
