Circuito Chico Bike Ride

We lost one of our walking companions to an archealogical dig further north but gained Steve and Zena instead for a 25km bike ride around part of the Circuito Chico.

The scenery was stunning but unfortunately didn't really come out on the pics, the bikes were a little large for 2 small ladies (I know, I know 'ladies' probably isn't too appropriate but what else do I put?) but we got quite practised at the 'falling off' method of dismounting, we just had to be careful with the crossbar! It was a very hilly ride so the thighs had a bit of a shock but then it wasn't likely to be flat when we were there to see the mountain scenery! Plus the benefit of big uphills is you get big downhills to rest. Wwwhhhhheeeeeee!!!!
