Phoenix may have been slow to get make it to the meetup board, but we are finally there! Our TB base is growing, and soon we’ll be the host to our very own ‘real’ meetup. Word is spreading that this is the place to be! In the meantime, we Phoenicians will continue to host and enjoy our mini-meets.

The Tucson Meet-up We Have All Been Waiting For! 11/7/08-11/9/08

It is so hard to imagine that it is finally here. Some have already arrived and many of the other TBs are already in route to the land of the Arizona Wildcats. I on the other hand am sitting here at work hopeing that time will pass by a little faster so that I too can get ready to join in the festivities. Unfortunately, due to obligations in Phoenix, I won't be able to head to Tucson until tomorrow morning, but I can't wait none the less.

Since my fellow AZ TB Donnydude will be flying back into from Dallas on Friday night, we decided to be travel partners for this adventure. After speaking with him on Thursday night, the plans were set. I will drop my kids off in Cave Creek at 5am Sat morning, then head to his house. Since I have to get up earlier, he gets to drive from there. :)

So, there you have it, soon we will be off to Tucson to meet up with all of the rest of the TBs that have come in by plane, car, and caravan to see our great state and party AZ style!
