The Skt. Gottard or San Gottardo tunnel
Driving in Switzerland will guarantee you driving on some of the best and well maintained roads in Europe. You have as a visitor in this country to pay road toll but when you drive here you quickly come to the conclusion that it is worth it.
On our way to Italy I chose to drive the Skt. Gottard tunnel but there are many other beautiful roads that leads to Italy.
The Gottard tunnel is to my humble opinion amazing, but maybe I am influenced by being a Dane but driving 17 km through a mountain is awesome
