Comfortable, Beautiful, and affordable with a view of the Caspian sea
The Sultan in is located right behind the famous Maiden Tower in Baku. As a boutique hotel, it has a limited number of rooms, but the rooms they do have are gorgeously appointed, with luxurious furniture, a small fireplace, wood floors, and all of the detail. You will feel like a Sultan in your room! The smaller size of the hotel also means that you will be well taken care of by the staff.

The hotel has a rooftop restaurant with a stunning view of Baku and excellent food. The experience of enjoying a bottle of excellent Azeri wine on an open air roof with a light wind blowing over the view of the city cannot be topped. There is also an open air cafe and Bar if you don't want dinner, and the furniture, lighting, and ambiance of the bar and restaurant are perfect.

The hotel does not have bath tubs, but the walk in showers are very nice. There is no parking or even a good drop off location, but your cab won't have any trouble stopping in the street. No elevator, but they are eager to carry your bags up stairs for you, if required. The internet is free and high speed, and they have 500 channels for free on the satellite ( only 5 channels in english though).
