Walking street - waking life

It was a great day. We woke up early and rode around the city. Visited the temples again, 3 days are not enough really. There are a lot of temples. Some Thai people are bored to go to the temple as some people said it’s the place for old people but for me, no no no. I love to pray as I pray before I go to bed every night. I say “sawasdee ka” to the image of Buddha at home before go out. I’m not toooooo Buddhist but I respect. Every time I go to the temple can say that the place makes me calm. Even you feel hot but temple can make you cold.
The nice temple of the day is Wat Umong (Tunnel temple). Long time ago, they built the temple first then the king (at that time) built the cave covering it.
There’s a walking street where is a shopping street on every Sunday afternoon until 10pm. It’s located at Tapae Gate through Ratchadamnoun Road. Everything was nice. Second hands stuff but unique, new stuff, handmade stuff, shows, plays, paintings, photos, food, clothes, bags, etc. There are two groups of blinded people playing music. 4 people each. And they played really good music. The street is long. We took about 3 hours to walk around, shopping, talk to people, take pictures , eat, etc.
After got back, I just knew that there’s another walking street on every Saturday also. This one is only about food. It’s at Wou-Lai Road. If you go to chiangmai, try to go to these two streets. For me they’re better than Night Bazar!!
