I've heard Gent, Belgium is very nice, so am scheduling two nights here. We'll potentially do a quick day trip to Brussels before flying home from there.

I'm headed to the Netherlands and Belgium with my sister and parents for a week and a half in May (no husband - gasp! - due to his limited time-off this year)....follow along with us, as I'm sure it will be a trip with many...interesting...stories. :)
