Rio Cangrejal
At 8am, went to the Jungle River tours to do the Rio Cangrejal white water rafting.  It was pretty fun. The first hour was trekking up river, climbing over giant river rocks (like 40 foot boulders, it was impressive looking at haphazardly these stones were strewn about, like a kid who dropped his marbles, i wonder how strong the river is in high rainy season).  They also taught how to float through and swim through rapids (in case anyone fell out of the boat),  Then we did the rapids trip, which itself I think lasted between 30 minutes to an hour.  Pretty fun all in all.  A highlight was doing a jump off the boulder (like a kind of cliff dive),  Very fun, but MAN, i freaked out when Karina went, it looked like she slipped and possibly hit herself on the rock before hitting the water, and went she went out my heart stopped, and went she resurfed LAUGHING, man, Relief!  Anyways, we got back to La Ceiba around noon.  Walked around a bit more in the hot hot sun.  Then got our stuff and went to the boat.  Finally arrived in West End in Roatan at our hotel at around 7:30pm.
