Weekend trip to Da lat

A hill tribe village 8 hour drive south of here. Alot cooler there. It's where the French troops would go for relief from the heat during there occupation. The leader at the time loved it so much he nicknamed it "Le Petit Paris" and they have a telecommunications tower in the centre shaped like the Eiffel Tower in an effort to live up to that title. It's a very touristed town now where many workers speak english. It's alot busier than Tuy Hoa and they're actually in the process of building an international airport there.
